- Time allocated will vary but ensure equal and dedication to all bodies of work.
- Champion the rule of “no Lorem Ipsum” in mockups, you must ensure that words & visuals are of equal priority in any piece of work.

Creative Leadership
- Take care of your juniors - if they don’t understand/get it, explain. But always allow them to explore and fall if necessary - it’s part of the learning process.

Creative Execution
- Be a brand steward.
- Ideate and execute sound creative ideas for client marketing materials in an efficient and economical manner.
- Create concepts that show a thorough understanding of the strategy and are extendable into campaigns.
- Write expert, branded copy.
- Create multiple creative solutions for a given brief; provide a point of view, and communicate it to the wider team.
- Responsible for gathering all necessary information and materials prior to a brainstorming session to ensure the team is able to kick-start projects in a well-informed manner.
- Plan concepts by studying information and materials.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of your client’s brand voice and implement it into all creative jobs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work independently and collaboratively with other copywriters, designers, animators, front-end developers, as well as production, strategy and data teams to develop ideas, refine concepts and ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met.
- Team up with peers to overcome obstacles and create client success.

- Prioritize workload and manage time effectively - personally and for the team as needed.
General Responsibilities

Responsibilities towards the Company
- To be responsible for the safekeeping and general usage of the Company’s assets in employee possession and the usage of Company facilities provided.
- To be dressed presentably and to maintain professionalism during client meetings.
- To uphold C27’s brand image at all times, during working hours and non-working hours, in-office grounds or out of office grounds.
Miscellaneous Responsibilities
- You are constantly observing C27’s culture and practices, putting in efforts to ensure you uplift the Company’s good name.
- Min 2 years of experience in serving creative functions in an organisation or equivalent.
- Portfolio composition of T2 majority portfolio OR >RM250k portfolio value.
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or relevant degree or certification.
- Possess impeccable command of the English language (Written & Spoken).
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace ( Doc, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
