Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Purpose — Manage the entire talent acquisition cycle and process, including recruitment, business partnering, hiring advisory, and process improvement, to drive headcount growth and retention.

Planning & Strategy Development
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talents.
- Develop a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the business objectives and supports the company's growth plans.
- Analyse talent acquisition trends and data to ensure the strategy is optimised for success.
- Plan and manage the recruitment budget for advertising, events, technology, and agency/vendor engagement aligned with the talent acquisition strategy.
Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing
- Develop and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talents.
- Create compelling employer brand messaging and storytelling to showcase the company’s culture and values.
- Proactively source candidates and leverage them through various channels and platforms, including social media, job portals, employer-university collaborations, and networking events to attract candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screening, Selections, Job offers, Negotiations & Onboarding
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screens to assess candidate suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Extended job offers to selected candidates.
- Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits and other compensation packages.
- Collaborate with HR Colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and ensure they have all the necessary information and resources to succeed in their roles.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilise data and analytics to measure the talent acquisition strategy's effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Develop and report on recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire and source of hire.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights that can inform future recruitment strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Talent Acquisition Technology
- Identity and implement technology solutions that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
- Evaluate and select applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies that align the talent acquisition strategy and support the company’s growth plans.
General Responsibilities

- To be dressed presentably and to maintain professionalism during client meetings.
- To uphold C27’s brand image at all times, during working and non-working hours, in-office or out-of-office grounds.
Miscellaneous Responsibilities
- You are constantly observing C27’s culture and practices, putting in efforts to ensure you uplift the Company’s good name.
- Min 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or similar role.
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Knowledge of recruitment technology solutions, such as applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing platforms, and online assessment tools.
- Familiar with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant degree or certification.
- Possess impeccable command of English (Written & Spoken).
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace ( Doc, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
