Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Purpose — Manage the entire talent acquisition cycle and process, including recruitment, business partnering, hiring advisory, and process improvement, to drive headcount growth and retention.

Planning & Strategy Development

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talents.
  • Develop a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the business objectives and supports the company's growth plans.
  • Analyse talent acquisition trends and data to ensure the strategy is optimised for success.
  • Plan and manage the recruitment budget for advertising, events, technology, and agency/vendor engagement aligned with the talent acquisition strategy.


Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing

  • Develop and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talents.
  • Create compelling employer brand messaging and storytelling to showcase the company’s culture and values.
  • Proactively source candidates and leverage them through various channels and platforms, including social media, job portals, employer-university collaborations, and networking events to attract candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.


Screening, Selections, Job offers, Negotiations & Onboarding

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.


  • Extended job offers to selected candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits and other compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with HR Colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and ensure they have all the necessary information and resources to succeed in their roles.


Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Utilise data and analytics to measure the talent acquisition strategy's effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Develop and report on recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire and source of hire.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and insights that can inform future recruitment strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Talent Acquisition Technology

  • Identity and implement technology solutions that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
  • Evaluate and select applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies that align the talent acquisition strategy and support the company’s growth plans.

General Responsibilities

Responsibilities towards the Company

  • To be responsible for the safekeeping and general usage of the Company’s assets in employee possession and Company facilities provided.

  • To be dressed presentably and to maintain professionalism during client meetings.

  • To uphold C27’s brand image at all times, during working and non-working hours, in-office or out-of-office grounds.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities

  • You are constantly observing C27’s culture and practices, putting in efforts to ensure you uplift the Company’s good name.
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or similar role.

  • Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Knowledge of recruitment technology solutions, such as applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing platforms, and online assessment tools.

  • Familiar with relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant degree or certification.

  • Possess impeccable command of English (Written & Spoken).

  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace ( Doc, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
