Junior Project Manager [UI/UX]

Work with multidisciplinary creative teams to deliver digital products to fulfill a product roadmap.

 

Manage internal and external stakeholders while consistently ensuring that the product is delivered on time and on budget, meeting the set scope of requirements.

Requirements

  1. Fresh graduate possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Advertising, Design, Management or relevant degree or certification.
  2. Portfolio composition of T3 majority portfolio OR >RM100k portfolio value.
  3. Positive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  4. High adaptability on learning and project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
  5. Working knowledge and understanding of Website Development, Mobile App Development & CMS Platform.
  6. Basic knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Data Studio and Microsoft Excel. Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Doc, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

Account Management​

  1. Develop, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships.
  2. Assist in understanding clients’ advertising needs, objectives, and challenges to develop effective campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, vendors) to ensure successful campaign execution.
  4. Assist in developing and monitor budgets, timelines, and action plans for campaigns.
  5. Assist in preparing and presenting campaigns and presentations to clients.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate this knowledge into advertising strategies.
  7. Collect and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve project processes and deliverables.
  8. Assist Project Managers in creating comprehensive progress and performance reports with actionable insights.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting the development of a solid rapport.
  2. Provide basic consulting support to enhance clients’ understanding of web application programming, content management systems, APIs, databases, and system design.
  3. Support in understanding client needs, requirements, and project constraints, and communicate them to the internal team.
  4. Help manage client expectations regarding work scope, deliveries, and limitations.
  5. Assist in ensuring client approvals and sign-offs are received according to the timeline.

Resource Planning and Management

  1. Assist in planning and managing the team’s workload on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring a balance of workload across.
  2. Assist in planning project teams’ allocation for proposals and new projects, targeting 6 months visibility.
  3. Ensure resource availability by utilising tools such as Teamwork platform.
  4. Ensure milestones are created and updated as the project moves along.

Vendor Management

  1. Assist in building a comprehensive database and maintain strong relationships with all vendors.
  2. Assist in negotiating with vendors on payment terms and additional discounts (when necessary) to meet margins.
  3. Assist in ensuring C27 keeps a healthy database of vendors at all times.
  4. Assist in engaging with vendors to ensure workflow and work output quality.
  5. Assist in coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Documentation and Reporting

  1. Assist in producing relevant reports on project progress, including weekly updates on work completed, next steps, pending timelines, and milestones.
  2. Support in compiling monthly productivity reports, ensuring data accuracy.
  3. Assist in creating, managing, and reviewing project management/technical documentation, obtaining necessary approvals from Management and/or Project Director.
  4. Ensure accurate and concise data entry in project management software to support estimates and project execution.
  5. Assist in monthly project wrap-up meetings with leadership to review project outcomes and improvements.

Platform Management

  1. Ensure all projects are broken down to milestones and tasks via Teamwork.
  2. Reducing lead time between brief to task assignment targeting < 4 hours.
  3. Manage and nurture low level data to aid into department level reporting under performance marketing platform/dashboard.
  4. Maintain capacity and productivity report and ensure accuracy.
  5. Avoid repetitive work, optimise and automate processes wherever necessary.

Internal Initiatives

  1. To work closely (when selected) to execute & drive internal special projects as initiated by the CEO.
  2. To ensure the brand image (visually) of C27 is consistent throughout while working with the internal branding team.

  1. To be responsible for the safekeeping and general usage of the Company’s assets in employee possession and Company facilities provided.
  2. To be dressed presentably and to maintain professionalism during client meetings.
  3. To uphold C27’s brand image at all times, during working and non-working hours, in-office or out-of-office grounds.

  1. You constantly observe C27’s culture and practices, working to uplift the Company’s good name.
